Privacy Policy
What we collect when you ask for a panel estimate, why we collect it, and how to get it removed.
Last updated: August 17, 2026
Information we collect
We collect the details you type into our estimate and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, service address and whatever you tell us about your panel. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and the general region a visit came from.
How we use it
We use your contact details to reach you about the estimate you requested, to schedule the on-site visit, and to follow up about the work. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. We do not sell your information.
Financing applications
Financing is offered through Hearth and its lending partners. When you choose to prequalify, your application is submitted to Hearth, and the information you enter there is handled under their privacy policy and terms, not ours. Hearth is a licensed lender platform, NMLS #1628533.
Sharing
We share information only with the vendors that help us run the business, such as our scheduling software, email provider and analytics provider, and only to the extent they need it. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Text messages and calls
When you submit a form you check a box consenting that we may call, text and email you about your request at the number and address you gave us, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase and you can still book by phone without it. We text only about your estimate and your job, not marketing blasts. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out will not affect work already scheduled. We store the exact consent wording and the time you submitted it with your request.
Your Colorado privacy rights
Under the Colorado Privacy Act, Colorado residents may ask us to confirm whether we process their personal data and to access it, correct inaccuracies, delete it, or receive a portable copy. You may also opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for profiling of that kind.
To exercise a right, email info@electricalpanelsonly.com with the subject line "Colorado privacy request" or call (303) 000-0000. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by another 45 days when a request is complex; we will tell you if that happens. We may need to verify your identity against the details already on your estimate or job record. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission. If we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our decision, and if the appeal is denied you may contact the Colorado Attorney General.
How we protect information
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in an access-controlled database. Only staff who need the record to schedule, permit, perform or invoice the work can see it. No system is perfect, so please do not send payment card numbers or government ID numbers through the website forms.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for basic functionality and for anonymous analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Retention and your choices
We keep estimate and job records for as long as we need them for warranty, permit and accounting purposes. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing info@electricalpanelsonly.com or calling (303) 000-0000.
Children
This site is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the updated version on this page. Questions go to info@electricalpanelsonly.com.
