Electrical panel financing in Denver: pay monthly, not all at once.

Nobody budgets for a panel replacement. Financing through Hearth, our lending partner, turns one large number into a monthly payment, so the work happens now instead of next year.

About one minute

The Hearth prequalification form asks for basic information and returns real offers, not a sales call.

No credit score impact

Prequalifying uses a soft credit check. Your score is untouched unless you accept an offer.

Several lenders, one form

You compare payments and terms side by side instead of applying in five different places.

Eligibility

Who qualifies, and what actually decides it

Hearth is a lending marketplace, so one short form reaches several lenders at once. Here is what those lenders look at.

  • Loan amounts through the Hearth lender network generally run from about $1,000 to $250,000, which covers any panel, service upgrade or EV circuit job we do
  • Terms commonly range from about two to twelve years, depending on the lender and the amount financed
  • Lenders in the network work with a wide range of credit profiles, not just prime borrowers — your rate and term depend on credit, income and the amount requested
  • You need to be 18 or older, a U.S. homeowner (or the person responsible for the property), with a valid Social Security number and a bank account
  • No home equity, collateral, lien or appraisal required — these are unsecured personal loans
  • Funds are typically available before install day, and lenders in the network do not charge prepayment penalties
  • Rates and terms are set by the lender, never by EPO, and the job price is the same whether you pay monthly or all at once

What homeowners finance with us

  • Full panel replacement on an aging or recalled panel
  • Fuse box conversion in older Denver and Aurora homes
  • Service upgrades from 100 amp to 200 amp
  • Subpanels for garages, shops, basements and additions
  • EV charger circuits, often bundled with the panel work

On a small repair, financing usually is not worth the paperwork — we will tell you that straight rather than push an application.

FAQ

Financing questions

Does checking my options affect my credit?

No. Prequalifying through Hearth uses a soft credit check, so your score is untouched. A hard inquiry only happens later, if you choose to move forward with a specific lender's offer.

How long does approval take?

Most homeowners see offers within a minute or two of submitting the form. Once you accept an offer, funds are typically available well before your installation date.

What terms are available?

Amounts through the Hearth lender network generally run from about $1,000 to $250,000, with terms commonly between two and twelve years. Your exact rate, term and monthly payment are set by the lender and shown to you before you accept anything.

Do I need home equity or collateral?

No. These are unsecured personal loans, so there is no lien on your house, no appraisal and no equity requirement. Approval is based on your credit profile and income rather than your home's value.

What if I am turned down?

Hearth sends your request to several lenders at once, so a single decline does not end the process. If no offer works, we can talk through phasing the work or a partial-pay approach at the estimate.

Who do I make the monthly payment to?

Your lender, not EPO. We are paid for the job like any other; your loan agreement, payment schedule and customer service all live with the lender you chose.

Does EPO see my credit information?

No. The application happens between you and Hearth's lending partners. We simply find out whether the job is funded so we can put you on the schedule.

Is there a prepayment penalty?

The lenders in the Hearth network do not charge prepayment penalties, so paying the balance off early simply reduces the interest you pay. Confirm it on your specific offer before signing.

Can I finance part of the job and pay the rest?

Yes. Plenty of homeowners put money down and finance the remainder. We can quote it either way at the estimate.

Do you offer financing on repairs and smaller jobs?

Financing makes the most sense on panel replacements, fuse box conversions, service upgrades and EV circuit work. On a small repair it usually is not worth the paperwork, and we will say so.
